Service Design

Showcase
In this junior and senior design elective, students look beyond the product to the complete journey of a user or customer and explore why they engage, what they need, what they want, and how to work within reasonable constraints to provide that. Students worked together on a client project for United Fabrics and individually redesigned a university service.
